Beanies Baby!

<![CDATA[I know I'm supposed to be concentrating on my hook case, but it is sooooooo slow going and the wool is itchy, so I pick it up and do a few rows, then I pick up something with softer wool, because it's so much easier on my skin.

Anyhow, two of my orders this week were for Beanies. A darling little pink and grey beanie for a toddler, to match the pink and grey snow boots that I made last week. I just made the pattern up as I went along. I got the flower pattern from Stitch Craft Create Mag, isn’t it adorable. I think the hat and boots are just the cutest combination.

The second beanie was my first guy crochet. And I love the way it came out. I followed the BF Beanies Free Pattern from http://snappy-tots.com/ I used a very similar colour scheme and I love the result. This might have to be my go to Beanie from now on.

I also made a beanie for a colleague.

Here’s one I made for a friend’s DS

And a hunting beanie for DH. (Its not as red as the photo shows, it’s a much more subtle orange).
